COVID-19 and Your Wedding
As you know, the Coronavirus Pandemic outbreak has made its way to the United States and with the governor's new executive orders in California, we are following the new guidelines to safeguard the health and well-being of our clients, guests and employees. As of Friday, March 13th we intend to implement the heightened health guidelines until April 30th, 2020.
Any events now – April 30th have been postponed.
For all events booked in May and after , we will continue to coordinate with health experts and government officials to put in place safe protocols for our events. Our employees have been updated with the new mandates and guidelines and are prepared to safely handle scheduled events.
All remaining scheduled events will have a business plan to implement the following guidelines per California governor Newsom:
No events of over 10 guests
Weddings & Events with less than 10 guests will be required to have a 6 feet social distancing between other guests.
Livestream and Videography services from our pereferred vendors is available.
Alternate uses of the spaces surrounding the rented area, such as outdoor spaces and lawns as well as parking lots, may also be implemented to obtain the social distancing needed for large groups.
In addition, we strongly encourage you and your guests to please take precautions to ensure the safety of everyone at your event. If anyone is feeling sick or has a fever, please do not come to the venue.
This remains a complicated and rapidly changing situation in our state and country and we will keep everyone updated with any changes to events as we are notified. For anyone who is looking to reschedule their event, we are more than happy to help you move your wedding or event to a future available date for no extra fees.
